Stuff folks ask before signing on
- Yes. It's just me — Troy. That means the same person quotes the job, mows the lawn, and answers when you call. It also means I won't take on more yards than I can mow well. If I'm full, I'll tell you straight.
- Yes — pre-listing cleanup, vacation cuts, post-rainy-stretch catch-up. One-time runs cost a little more per visit than a weekly slot, since I'm fitting it in around the regular route, but it's not double or anything wild.
- Flat per-visit price for mowing, billed at end of month. Card, Zelle, Venmo, or check — whatever's easiest. No contracts, no auto-renewal, cancel any time.
- I push to the next dry day, usually within 24-48 hours. You'll get a text from me — not an automated message — telling you the new time.
- Only if you ask. Default is no — I don't spray pre-emergent or weed killer unless you specifically want it. Some folks want a fully treated lawn, some folks have dogs and want the opposite. I do whichever, just say so.
- Hutto is home base. I run regular routes through Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and the closer parts of Austin. If you're outside that and the address is on a route I'm already running, I'll usually say yes. Worth asking.
