Mr T's Lawn Care

Services

Everything I do —in plain English.

I quote on-site, flat rate. The price I tell you is the price on the invoice — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same morning every week. Sharp blade, clean stripe, edges trimmed and walks blown before I leave.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a fixed day. I run a sharp blade so the grass tips don't tear and brown out — that's why your neighbor's yard looks tan two days after a cut. Cut height shifts with the season: longer in July to keep moisture in, shorter in October so you don't fight the leaves. Edges, trim, blow — every visit, no exceptions.

  • Edging & Trimming

Power-edged borders along walks, drives, and beds — the line that makes the rest of the yard look like you meant it.

A clean power-edge along the driveway, sidewalk, and bed lines, then string-trim around fence posts, A/C units, mailboxes, and trees so nothing looks unfinished. The edge is what separates a mowed lawn from a maintained one — and it's what I check first when I pull up.

  • Blowing & Cleanup

Walks, drive, patio, porch — blown clean before I drive off. Nothing tracked back into the house.

Backpack blower on every visit. Walks, driveway, front porch, back patio, gutters from the ground if they need it. If a clipping clump rolled onto the street, I get it. The point is you walk out at lunch and the yard looks like nobody was here — except the grass is shorter.

  • Minor Landscaping

Bed refresh, mulch top-up, shrub shaping, weed pull. The small jobs that keep the front of the house looking handled.

I'm not pretending to be a landscape architect — but I'll pull weeds out of the front bed by hand, top off the mulch, shape the shrubs so they stop swallowing the windows, and replace the two annuals that didn't make it through August. Real-talk pricing: I'll tell you what's a 30-minute fix and what's a half-day.

  • Tree Trimming

Low limbs, fence-rubbing branches, suckers off the live oaks. Anything I can reach safely from a ladder.

I do the kind of tree work a homeowner would do if they had the time and the right saw — clearing the limbs that scrape the roof, pulling suckers off the live oaks, opening up branches that block the porch light. Anything that needs a climber or a cherry-picker, I'll tell you straight and point you to a tree guy I trust.

  • Haul Offs

Old fence panels, the pile of branches by the side of the house, the busted patio set — gone in one trip.

If you've been staring at a pile of yard debris, busted lawn furniture, or a tree limb the storm dropped — I'll load it in the trailer and haul it off. Flat-rate by the load, no surprise dump-fee add-ons.

Most weekly customers add a haul-off, mulch top-up, or the odd tree limb — there’s usually a flat-rate way to roll it into the route.
